They are starting to all act like lowes employees. Cant wait for menards to open more stores. I love it when I actually get to leave the house!

There were probably as many as thirty of them ALL with store stock on them. Had to search the whole store, not a minor walk, to find ONE I wouldnt have to unload. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. Cat in appliances was very helpful and friendly.

Luckily I was on the phone and mind a lil distracted because I probably would have screamed very loud. Irritated going into store a I made a statement to person I was talking to on phone that I was irritated and why people dont consider that people are afraid of dogs and why dont they leave them at home. The young man working there looked at me with a smirk on his face like something was wrong with me and said we allow dogs here. I shared my experience and he said nothing and neither did the lady. I think there is a place for dogs.

Multiple employees were more than eager to assist us on our mission for an upright freezer. YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. If you do find someone they seem friendly, usually around checkout. Terrible communication between store and customer. They were very helpful and looked up an item for me that was currently out of stock.Yet could sho... I puchased a concrete stain last year. The sales person was very helpful.

Dalton help me pick out what I needed even when I kept changing my mind. Thank for the excellent customer service. I have always had a good experience with the staff. They are mostly well trained and ask the right questions to help you. I have also rented tools at this location and never had any issues.
The Home Depot in Akron
This isnt okay, I wont allow that in my business. Looking for better options currently. Everything we needed for our project was in stock.
Have completed many home projects using the help of this store. I spend hours looking at all the great deals they have. Not to mention the home depot deal of the day online. Dalton & Valerie were very helpful and courteous!
You must wear a mask to shop here. Most any home improvement need may be purchased here. The store is clean and neatly organized. The employees are stationed throughout the store to assist with product help.
Attempted to exchange a Craftsman 3/8 drive ratchet and was told they couldnt exchange it without... One of the many businesses in the area making our community look like a trash dump. Lots of trash all over the property. Super disappointing that no one cares.
No one knows anything about anything. PATHETIC COMPANY RUN BY PATHETIC PEOPLE. Tried to purchase paint from here and got and employees attitude about mixing a certain paint was beyond rude.

I bought a dishwasher from them and they farmed it out to GE and when it arrived it was broken. They refused to give me a refund or exchange. I have been in several across Ohio and theyre all the same. Its hard to find help, and when you do they act like theyre doing you a favor. And then most of the help dont know what theyre doing or talking about.
Refused to let me pay for my 18 bags of cement a redirect me to other checkers, dismissed me when I wanted help. However moments earlier he made time for the male customers a allowed them to pay for products at his station. Today I went to Menards for to for my business where at least customers were treated valued regardless of their gender. I know my hardware and construction products and registered as a pro st home depot but didnt get treated like one at this location.
